Lawyer from Universidad de los Andes with a Master’s degree in Law and Legal Research from the same university. She is Founding Partner and CEO of Gestión Predial Simple (GPS S.A.S.), where she currently leads projects in PropTech, LegalTech, artificial intelligence, data systematization, and robotics. Her vision is to move from traditional land management to smart land management through technology and innovation. One of her most notable credentials is having led the legal direction of the Jurisprudence Observatory on Land Restitution using Artificial Intelligence.
She has experience in research, teaching, case resolution, and legal advisory in areas such as asset management, land ownership, land formalization, legal actions (judicial, extrajudicial, and conciliation), as well as land recovery, transformation, and extinction. Her work also covers mass land titling and land restitution. One of her areas of expertise is the design of macro and micro legal strategies around land issues in Colombia, as well as risk management through due diligence. She has conducted extensive fieldwork with community action boards, social leaders, strategic actors, and victims of the armed conflict.
