Executive Director of CREER, a regional think-and-do tank that promotes business practices that respect human rights across Latin America.
At CREER, he has led key programmatic areas such as just transition, socially inclusive and environmentally responsible supply chains, sustainable oceans, dignity-centered built environments, restorative actions, and access to remedy.
He is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, with a Master’s degree in Development Studies and a specialization in Human Rights from the International Institute of Social Studies (ISS) in the Netherlands, as well as a specialization in Analysis and Resolution of Armed Conflicts from Universidad de Los Andes.
With over 20 years of experience, he has served as a professor, advisor, and consultant for public institutions, businesses, and civil society organizations. His expertise includes multi-stakeholder dialogue facilitation, public policy formulation, negotiation, and applied research.
