Industrial Engineer, Specialist in Public Management, and Master in Business Administration. She is a university professor and corporate advisor for institutions such as SENA, government agencies, and territorial entities, with extensive experience in the development of productive projects, socially oriented research, and internationalization. She has worked in both the public and private sectors for over 20 years.

She is currently participating in the Training Program for Expert Advisors in Productive Linkage Methodologies – EnCadena, led by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Tourism, Colombia Productiva, and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
