Political scientist from the National University of Colombia, with a specialization in Corporate Social Responsibility from Universidad Externado de Colombia. He has 15 years of experience coordinating and implementing projects across various organizations, think tanks, the private sector, and public institutions. Through this work, he has developed extensive knowledge in community engagement, multi-stakeholder agreement building, human rights, citizen security, and armed conflict. He has also participated in multiple research efforts on these topics.

Since 2019, he has worked at CREER as a researcher and project coordinator.
